At the Mayan Ruins of Tikal – Guatemala

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 27, 2009

I just got back from Guatemala yesterday (which I hope explains my silence) and this was the only post-able photo from the entire trip.  I apologize about the quality, but I took it of myself with my Blackberry.

There have been multiple people who have mentioned/asked why I don’t wear more bandanna so here you can see me wearing one in a VERY real life situation.

Peter and I are spending the next week together and we are planning on working a LOT.  So stay tuned.

Brand New Neckscarf Pictures

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 17, 2009

I’ve added four new sets of neckscarf photos in the neckscarf section.  I’m sorry it’s been a while since there have been anything new, but you can’t believe how many more I’ve got to add.  If you can imagine, I’ve already got 40 new sets ready to add with more being taken all the time.  Perhaps I’ll never catch up!

Three of the sets are from video/photo shoots and one is from a private moment between Peter and myself right before things got X-rated.

Here are some thumbnails from the new pictures posted in the Neckscarf Pictures. Enjoy!!

Curacao Departure Day – Set Two

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 15, 2009

Here are couple of snapshots from the resort pool taken while we tried to catch a little sun before we headed to the airport to come back to the U.S.  Obviously, the first pic is of me in my bikini next to the pool.  The empty chaise lounge next to me is Peter’s chair, which is empty due to him taking the photos.

The next photo is just ONE of the many, many lizards who made the foilage around the pool their home.  There were about eight large Iguanas like this one in the photo (including one who LOVED to jump into the pool occasionally and swim with the hotel guests….VERY upsetting) who would come out in the morning and sunbathe all day.  There was some other sort of large lizard who lived there too, along with the usual assortment of geckos you would expect.  The funny thing was that the hotel guests really seemed to enjoy having them around (except the swimming one who looked like an alligator) and everyone was taking pictures of them.

Curacao Departure Day – Set One

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 14, 2009

Peter and I have a custom (when practical) to make sure we “do it” whenever we’re departing from a trip to anywhere.  These photos were taken during the morning of our departure from Curacao a couple of weeks ago.

These aren’t part of any video or photo set and the little, silk nightie and black neckscarf were ironed by Peter since he knows that I love to tease him and drive him crazy whenever I possibly can.

I apologize that I don’t have all the makeup on or have my hair blown dry, but we made crazy love moments after these photos were taken and then we headed to the resort pool for a little more Caribbean sun before we had to catch our flight.  Those photos will post tomorrow!

Curacao Set Two

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 13, 2009

These photos were taken the night after the pics in the previous blog post and were shot immediately prior to Peter and me filming our newest video “Satin Attack“.  Actually, if you look in the background of the previous blog post you will see a whole bunch of gorgeous, 42″ x 42″ silk squares all ironed and fabulous on the back of the sofa ready for the video shoot the next evening.

You can check out the full description of the video at this link:

I truly love how this nightgown looks on me (the color is terrific and the fabric is so slippery and satiny) and the Banana Republic silk scarf compliments it perfectly.

More photos to come tomorrow….so stay tuned.

Curacao Set One

by Caroline, Scarf Queen on April 12, 2009

First let me apologize for the silence, but I have been traveling non-stop for the last few months.

This set of photos we taken on the balcony of our hotel suite on the gorgeous island of Curacao.  The hotel was terrific and Peter and I enjoyed the wonderful, warm weather.  There were also a couple of large resorts right across the street from us that had great resturants and casinos too.  Although Peter was there working, we managed to have lots of fun as well.

Peter took these snapshots of me when I surprised him one night with this animal print nightgown and nicely matching silk pocket square around my neck.  He went crazy!

There will be more photo sets coming in the next few days, so please stay tuned.  We also shot a new video that I know you scarf lovers will enjoy.
